Since its opening in 1978, Reichold Center has benefited from the diligent efforts of volunteers. These individuals play a crucial role in the various capacities listed below:
Performance Staffing
Requires an understanding of general customer relations techniques and is directly supervised by the Reichhold House Managers. This position requires sensitive judgment to maintain positive interactions with the audience.
Aisle Captain & Ushers
Oversee the greeting and seating of audience members and distribution of programs.
Ticket Takers
Assist with the greeting of audience members and receiving of tickets.
Sales Persons
Manage sales and rental of cushions and other boutique items.
Fundraising
Help plan and execute fundraising activities for Reichhold Center.
Grant Writing
Assist with the Centers research and grant writing efforts.
Poster & Flyer Distribution
Assist with the distribution of posters and flyers for Reichhold performances and events.
Gallery Display
Assist with the monthly set up, break down and maintenance of monthly visual art displays in the Reichhold Center art gallery.
Clerical Assistance
Provide general office assistance during business hours and scheduled weekend shifts.
Event Specialist
Inform public of upcoming Reichhold season performances at various locations including the mall and the airport.
Community Outreach
Help with artist master classes, school tours and/or other activities to area schools, senior care facilities and community centers.
All volunteers must be customer service certified before interacting with the Reichhold Center audience.
