A Season of Universal Rhythms Welcome to the 32nd season of entertainment at the Virgin Island’s premiere performing arts venue! The stage is set for an exciting season, featuring an All-Star roster of Grammy Award winners and music legends. We are proud to feature artists who have collectively sold millions of records and entertained audiences worldwide: We kick off the season with multiple Grammy Award winner Chaka Khan, who has consistently ruled the R&B charts from her 1970 hits with Rufus, through today. Pop icon Michael Bolton brings his One World, One Love tour to Reichhold Center, singing his classic hits as well as material from his latetst CD. Legendary South African trumpeter Hugh Masekela and South Africa’s powerhouse vocalist Lira wowed audiences with their joint performance at the opening ceremonies for the 2010 World Cup. The two will join again at Reichhold Center for an energetic evening of jazz and World music. Rounding out our All-Star roster is none other than reggae legend Jimmy Cliff. Cliff, who was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, will perform from his extensive catalogue of music. He is joined on that show by Gramps Morgan, formerly of the powerhouse Morgan Heritage family, who is currently enjoying his own stellar solo career. This season also features a special co-production with the Virgin Islands Lottery, featuring our own homegrown talent Dion Parson & 21st Century Band. Parson caps his year-long youth mentoring project, with a special concert featuring the Virgin Islands Youth Jazz Ensemble. He will be joined on stage by Virgin Islanders Ron Blake, Rashawn Ross and Victor Provost. Parents, get ready for more fun performances your entire family can enjoy. The Family Series returns with two energetic performances that entertain and delight audiences of all ages. Rhythmic Circus presents its tap dance extravaganza “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now.” A wonder of urban drumming, aerobic students and high energy hip hop take center stage with Street Beat. We wrap up this amazing season with one of the most acclaimed dance companies in the country - the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet. This dance company wows audiences with a uniqnue blend of contemporary ballet with a European twist.
